America’s Thought Police

One thing that was never speculated on in the last stage of capitalism was: what if the bourgeois combat the relinquishing of their wealth? In Marxist thought, there’s this illusion of society eventually transforming into a communist paradise as the General Rate of Profit reaches zero but as we’ve seen, this only concentrates wealth in the hands of the few as economy of scale in industries becomes more prioritized. In previous articles, we’ve talked about how this trend towards both a concentration of wealth and a scarcity of profits leads corporations to gain market share through government interventions, where corporations weaponize legislature against one another in means similar to how Google fought for “Net Neutrality” in order to sidestep its competitors. While it is clear that the American government’s legislature has been replaced by corporate picks for years, it is also worth noting that whatever the American government vouches for at this point is largely the result of corporations flapping the lips of their stately puppet. When we look at things like the increasing formation of anti-misinformation departments in the government, it becomes clear as daylight when you see what these departments classify as correct or incorrect that we are living in an Orwellian nightmare where corporations, rather than fake communists, control what you can say and think. While the fake communists seen throughout the inner parties of Marxist-Leninist regimes were motivated to simply retain political power, which was their sole source of wealth in such systems, corporations have far worse intentions due to their material incentives. While State Socialism typically supplied guarantees, that varied in strength by how the regime was established and whichever Blanquist group co-opted the political system first, Corporate America makes no guarantees and has a vested interest in squashing benefits and incomes, while disintegrating the government’s ability to provide services through the use of exorbitant contracts that only benefit vendors more for poor and late work. The end result of a government corrupted by corporate influences is the elimination of the middle class, in favor of a universally poor and depoliticized working class happy to go along with the capitalist regime, as well as the reduction and elimination of “unprofitable” infrastructure that helps sustain the entire system. While America was at one point the greatest country in the world, it isn’t any more due to this political takeover by corporations and is fast on the track to dissolution in the coming decades. While Marxist-Leninist regimes were typically stagnant partocracies, corporate capitalist regimes are entirely degenerative surplus-extraction schemes, with the misinformation boards we see today being the tools through which they silence proletarian voices.

While “proletarian voices” may seem like a broad and vague term, it really applies to the only places where we can get anything written, published, and seen by many people: social media. Due to the fact that news conglomerates control the entirety of what is mainstream nowadays, with breaking news being the result of the rare principled journalist left going rogue and risking the Bulletzer Prize, the only place where the working people can voice their concerns is the internet. When we look at the rise of social media and the subsequent creation of movements like Occupy Wall Street, it becomes apparent that laissez-faire platforms where free speech is allowed are a threat to the establishment. While it is clear as daylight now that the media establishment began inflaming race relations in the wake of Occupy Wall Street in order to destroy America’s growing class consciousness, it is only becoming blatantly clear now how the government became involved in the handling of social media afterwards. The Department of Homeland Security revealed itself to be targeting “inaccurate information” online, on serious topics like “the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the nature of U.S. support to Ukraine.” In a rare nod here to our conservative friends, it is clear which side is more critical of the corporate-approved narratives pushed by Washington and this part of the reason why we believe the proletarians, at their core, aren’t and never will be progressives. Adding icing onto the Orwellian cake, in March an FBI official by the name of Laura Dehmlow warned that the threat of subversive information on social media could undermine support for the US government. The problem with this push for censorship, apart from its clear potential for abuse, is that the term “misinformation” isn’t defined and really is determined by whatever convenient narratives governmental organizations have settled on, leaving this censorship clearly open to the political bias of mostly Federal bureaucrats and politicians. When we look at the government’s approach to these topics, it becomes clear that the neutralization of our free speech is a major objective of the American Extractionary Regime, in favor of a simple spectrum of thought that amounts to either political correctness or wrongthink.

While this may seem like an exaggeration, looking at how America government has come to embrace the idea that there’s wrongthink at all isn’t hard to point out and the increasingly absurd penalties are humorous. After World War One, the desolate ruins known as Germany were given a bill for $269 billion dollars to pay back in restitution, having been blamed for starting a war that killed 8 to 15 million people. Alex Jones alone could wind up on the hook up for paying 2.75 trillion dollars back in restitution to his defamation victims at Sandy Hook, with his accusations of people there being crisis actors earning him ten times the financial penalties that “starting” a war that killed 8 to 15 million people did. While we aren’t saying there shouldn’t be consequences for inciting the harassment of mass shooting victims (author note – JFC what has this country come to), fining people almost the total GDP of California for saying stupid things is similarly insane. While the government is clearly happy to persecute dissidents at this point, it should be noted that corporations have also vocally pushed for this, with JP Morgan saying that “we need a media infrastructure that is held accountable.” For those wondering why a major bank is commenting on the need for a media infrastructure that is held accountable, it most likely boils down to the need for stabilizing the political climate in a country with disintegrating cultural cohesion and declining living standards. Corporations don’t want backlash and they don’t want their extraction process to be analyzed and understood by the proletarians that ultimately foot the bill, so running these counter-critique operations is essential to their continued parasitism. When we look at platforms like Facebook, that have a formalized process in place for government or law enforcement officials to request the throttling or suppression of content, it begins to look more and more like the government and its constituent corporations are working together. While it may seem conspirational to say this, the fact of the matter is that when government policy is largely decided by corporate sponsors, government policies and practices directly feed into what corporations want done, so when we see entities like Facebook creating systems of suppression to be used by officials, it’s not surprising: they’re happy to receive the free labor.

While we can flood this article with example after example, the truth is that I’m writing this to help this audience understand why corporations and the government are colluding to censor and persecute wrongthink. I will attach Shoe0nHead’s video about this topic at the bottom of this article, for those who want more examples than what I’m willing to write out on Christmas day here. We live in a world where the powers that be make mention of their abuses on national television and in newspapers, because for better or worse, the establishment thinks at this point that we are effectively neutered. There is no need for subtlety in a world where your con can’t be opposed and the reason the ideas I’m peddling here are so credible today is because, for all intents and purposes, the capitalist pigs happily reveal it in every credible source available to us. The censorship and persecution that we see on display today can be likened to pest control in the American Extractionary Regime’s eyes, in order to keep American tax cattle as compliant as possible before they’re sent to the slaughterhouse. To put it in a succinct metaphor, the capitalists want an orderly farm and a smooth process of raising and harvesting the cattle’s meat, while trying to minimize the amount of feed the cattle consume while trying to maximize the amount of meat the cattle have. Obviously, the metaphorical farm can’t persist forever in starvation conditions and the amount of meat that the farm harvests is directly dependent on the amount of feed that the cattle consume, but in a capitalist society where short-term profit takes precedent over all else, the big picture doesn’t matter. America today has an enemy that couldn’t make itself more apparent, that uses tools it proudly announces everywhere it can, and which will happily take everything from you and your people if they are allowed to do so. While policing thought on its own is a horrific thing, the policing of thought in an extractionary regime is a sign of a civilization’s end, signifying the point at which the establishment happily drops all egalitarian pretenses in favor of bluntly bleeding the country of what little blood it has left. When the tables turn, we mustn’t forget how far they went and what they had in store for us.
